I run two websites from one account here using a subdomain. Works fine, but...

I have to problem getting stats for my primary domain/site. But the stats page won't show stats for the subdomain.

Since a subdomain is just a directory off the root page, I thought for sure that Webalizer would just list the URLs like /subdomain/index.html, /subdomain/page2.html, etc, but it doesn't.

It's cool that it apparently is keeping the two site stats separate, but it sucks that I can't get to the stats for my second site. :)

Any help? I wrote a help ticket and never got a response.

I asked HR the same question and they responded saying that the stats do infact show the information that the subdomain has as well.

I mean.. look at the bandwidth usage for your account.. say it says 1 gig. ok that leads you to believe that its fine. but i knew that the subdomain had used at least 3 gigs. Why does the stats only show 1 gig?

I put it to a test.. i created a subdomain, upload a few files, downloaded them again and then re checked the stats.. They were exactly the same as they were before i created the subdomain.

does this me if we create a subdomain and link to everything in that subdomain that we are getting FREE bandwidth??

Sure it would make us customers happy and would allow some users to abuse the system.

For HR's sake, i think they should look this over as it might in the end, make then start to lose money and i would want to see that because thye are and excellent company that provide the best service there is when i comes to hosting.

Ok now i know some of you people would be saying " you idiot!! If you could get free bandwidth why say anything?" well as i stated above. HR are THE BEST and are providing you with a daym good service.
RESPECT IT!

Also I want to know how much bandwidth my subs are using on me.
