View Full Version : Call Waiting/Voice Mail toggle on/off from web

I'd like to see the ability to turn Call Waiting and Voice Mail on or off from the web interface. I had this with capability with Vonage.

The problem is that I can use Call Hunt to forward calls to my Cell Phone after a certain number of rings.

If I am on my Viatalk line, I'd rather have the call go immediately to my cell phone or voicemail.

Also, I'd like to be able to turn off voicemail completely, so that it doesn't pick up mistakenly. I have my calls set to go to my cell phone after 15 seconds, but for some reason I've had one or two calls get into Viatalk voicemail. Maybe my Cell phone wouldn't pick up. I don't know. All I know is I had a voicemail on my viatalk line that I wasn't expecting.

We're also getting some unexpected ViaTalk voicemail messages. We have call hunt set up to try our second line and from there our answering machine should get it. Maybe the answering machine doesn't always answer fast enough? Problem is I don't want to set the call hunt delay too high because if I'm on the first line, I don't want it too take forever to try the second line.
