Forgive me if this is already part of the feature lineup. I was with another provider before joining ViaTalk and found myself using the speed dial feature on a daily basis. I hope this will be implemented in the near future.

Shouldn't be very hard to add.
I think you can manually add it if your using a Linksys PAP2. Just log into the user page and there should be an option for I think 10 speed dials.

Thank you! I now have it up and running. Maybe VT should make their users aware that the feature is available. That's a big plus as far as I'm concerned.

I guess I spoke too quick. The speed dial settings are overwritten within one hour.

Ah yes, the provisioning.. You can shut off the automatic provisioning, but then you won't get the updates from ViaTalk if there ever is any (like when they switched the names of all their servers).
