Forum Suggestion - More Forum PR

I'm sure you've got a bunch of new customers since the recent two for one promotion. I think it would be great if you could publicize the existence of this forum more prominently on your ViaTalk website and maybe include the website url in the welcoming letters that you send out to new customers. I think the more customers we have here exchanging ideas and experiences, the better it will be for the customers and for ViaTalk's management.

It's definitely something that has come up in the past. I will note your suggestions, I am sure it will roll out in the future, popularity was a factor as it still is a new technology out there.

I agree that you should advertise the forums more, or provide a link somewhere. When I first joined Viatalk last week, I look for forums and only found www.viatalkforum.com

There has really only been like 1 person posting on there.

It seems like these forums are slightly more active. It would be nice to talk about viatalk issues here, rather then DSLreports.

I also see they are giving you a user id and password to the forums at sign up! Let's hope that drives more and more.
