New to your service - don't even have my equipment yet, but I've been able to poke around the control panel some.

One thing I'd like to see is "instant messenger" notification of missed calls, and voicemails. I believe SunRocket has this for the major IM clients. They also had beeper notification of voicemails, not sure if you have that as part of your SMS function.

Another cool thing, if possible, would be a desktop application that pop's up a notice on your screen that says "Two messages waiting, click here to listen...", or "missed calls from MOM, & WORK."

And, maybe most important, how about some nearly instant **notification** that the system is "down". There could be a desktop application that checks for the "all's well" signal from your company every 15-30 minutes, and if it doesn't get that signal, the application would pop up to say "Your service may be down, please check your internet connection, power connection, etc". Too bad that feature can't be built into the device itself. If it finds the internet is "missing", it would beep every once in awhile. This would help when the computer is turned off. This would be better than me picking up a handset every hour to make sure I still have a dialtone.

To my knowledge, no one else has anything like that, and I bet it would be popular...

Good luck guys, and thanks for the cool service you provide!

P.S. Wakeup calls would be neat, too.
