Made a sugestion at DSL Reports, but thought I would add them here ass well

1) Add a Verification message that a Call recording has started when user click *1. Somethink like "Recording Started" then when user clicks *1 again, Say "Recording Ended"

2) When Simul-Ring is active and a call is made to your home from a number listed on the Simul-Ring list. Do not forword the call to the number making the call. This causes problems when the calling phone is a cell phone as it puts the call right to voice mail (No change for the home phone to be answered)

3) Show the status of a PORT request in the account page. That way users do not have to call in to find out if their number has ported or has failed. Great when you want to check your account page from work

4) Provide a ticket list feature from the account page. You already know who is logged in, Just show the list of tickets using the current UserId

5) When you click the network status link from the account page, then use the back button, you have to login again.

Thanks,

Bill B

Great suggestions. As far as number one goes, I think a simple beep would be good enough, instead of saying "recording started."

Call recording is legal in most states with some validations. In many, it is legal if only ONE PARTY is aware that the call is being recorded. If it's me and the caller, I'M the ONE PARTY who knows. Recorded incoming calls can be very, very valuable. Think about it...how many businesses you call tell you the call may be recorded?
OF COURSE, it would need to be able to turn on and off as needed. Perhaps reset to off at Midnight if diskspace is premium. I don't get that many calls. I'd probably just delete most of them daily...except that ONE special call that I now have a legal record of.
