Hi,
VDI has been having connection problems that have been slowing down access to sites for alot of people during a few peak hours during the day. They are going to be adding a new 155mpbs line on the 24th of this month which they have assured us will take care of all of the connection problems anyone has been having. If this does not solve the problems, we are already in the process of getting things setup to move if necessary. Any move that took place would be done in a manner that would involve no downtime for anyones sites. We would instead purchase all new hardware and move the sites virtually.
Please hang in there and allow VDI to get their act together... If they do not we will take care of things. Either way, everything will be back up to 110% very soon.
