DNS setup of MX Record

I recently setup a hosting account at Hostrocket with fixed IP address. My domain name is registered and managed by me at BulkRegister.com. I set up the DNS for my domain to point to the proper IP address at Hostrocket and serving the site works as expected. I still need to figure out how to set the MX record, so that all mail for my domain is pointed to the Hostrocket mail servers. I want to use the Control Panel to define email accounts and use webmail to view them.

Please provide the proper MX record settings or point me to a "guide" explaining the proper parameters for setting up external DNS servers.
