Host 7 is going to be going down to have a secure certificate installed on it. It should be down only a few minutes tops.

Have you reset FTP? I haven't been able to access my FTP account to update my site in over 5 hours. My ticket (9821) got closed without any response. This is the second time FTP has been down in about a week . . .

What FTP program are you using?

FTP is back up again now.
Don't know why every time I post that there are FTP problems I get asked what FTP program I am using. The answer is that I use several, and they are all for the MacOS: Interarchy, BBEdit, Dreamweaver, Fetch, and Monica. I usually check with Interarchy when I have trouble because that is one of the best and most reliable FTP programs ever written.
The fact of the matter is that last week I posted a ticket and someone contacted me that FTP had to be "turned back on" - as soon as they sent a trouble ticket sayign that they had done this my FTP connection worked again.
This time my ticket was closed without any reply and my FTP connection staid down for the length of time mentioned above. This seems rather irresponsible. The only explanation I can think of is that I had previously posted a query about anonymous FTP which had been closed and since the Ticket system assigns the same subject header to all FTP issues someone at tech support figured that they had already responded to my issue (which had been posted on Friday, but was replied to on Sunday night so it was fairly close in time to my new trouble ticket sent this morning).
