Email reliability

Does anyone have experience with email reliability on HR?

My account is only two months old, and it seems like the imap server has been experiencing outages several times, though no confirmation of this from HR.

I have a pending ticket open on a recent outage, but no response from HR.

BTW, does anyone know the pop3 mail setting for Outlook, can't seem to find this anywhere on the site, so I'm using imap instead.

HR has had problems with their email server which has resulted in a couple of crashes or whatever resulting in data loss. I recommend that you always have a backup of the important emails on your comp, just in case.

You can actually find it pretty easily by going to webmail.yourdomain.com (just change yourdomain.com to your actual domain). ;)
