I have already opened a trouble ticket and am waiting for a response. Does anyone know why my site would just disappear? It's only a family site, I'm not selling anything, just communicating to family members what's up. It's not even large in content size. I haven't added anything new in a month. I just don't get it. Any suggestions?

Can you give some more info on what you mean by disappeared? When you try to log onto your site through the your domain name, do you get any messages? Can you log in throught your control panel and see files in the file manager or see file by connecting through an ftp program?
I'm sure HostRocket will help you resolve this before anyone here can, but if not, let us know.

Have you kept your account up to date payment-wise?

The best thing to do is to let a technician respond to your ticket. A site wouldn't just disappear so there's likely something going on with it and the technician will be able to look into that for you and address it.

Well, so far, the techs have been working on something. I have had 2 responses on the trouble ticket, and I can now get to my website. But I still can't get to my Control Panel, which I told them on my last reply. I also asked the techs what caused the problem, since I had been accessing the site daily, and until yesterday, there were no problems. we'll see how long it is before I can get in Control Panel, cause until that's fixed I can't update anything.

404 error is not a fun thing to see when you are trying to look at your site. ;)
It sounds like HR is working on it. Let us know how things work out.
