View Full Version : Account Not Quite Suspended

To whom it may concern:

About 30 hours ago, Hostrocket suspended my hosting account weddingsatwork.com. My credit card information is up to date and none of my six other shared accounts on HR were affected so I'm sure it's not a billing problem. Furthermore, in my rocketsupport page, it says "Suspended: N" on the account.

So I e-mailed support to complain. A Wahid Mahmood replied and informed me that the account had been unsuspended. However, when I visited my website (weddingsatwork.com), it still redirects me to the suspended page.

There must be some kind of failure to communicate the unsuspension within your organization, and I hope you can resolve this IMMEDIATELY as this is extremely fruestrating. My company charges for advertising on the website you suspended and it is BLEEDING us not to have it online.

I also hope you can inform me of the cause of the downtime/suspension so we know how to avoid such a problem in the future.

Hello Mikoid, and welcome to the hostrocket message board. Unfortunately, these forums are customer to customer support forums, and in order to get this straighten out, you will have to contact support using either their trouble tickets or call them.
