Problem with host78

Hello, it's been a week like that with intermitent problems. The web server goes down and goes back up about 5-6 times a day. I don't want to send tickets because each time, the support tells me they are aware of the issue and they are trying to resolve it as quickly as possible. But that doesn't help me because yes, the server may be up 5 minutes later, but 1 or 2 hours later, it goes down again.

So I'd like to know what really is the problem, and will it be like that for a long time?

I would ask about their 99.5% uptime guarantee, and maybe about having them switch you servers.
