Last night my domain is down.
I try calling, and all I receive is a "due to extroadinarly high call volume, we are unable to take your call. Please try again later."
I try for several hours to no avail.
No tonight, again my domain is down, and there is absolutely nobody answering the phones (sales or support) and nowhere for live chat.
This certainly is not 99.8% uptime!
Anyone else getting annoyed with this lack of customer service availability? :angry:
