View Full Version : Tell me about your HR experiences..

Hi, I'm currently on my 3rd host and frustrated and dissastisfied, as usual. My site goes down a lot because of traffic and the response time to bring it back up is slow. Plus everytime I call support I have to spell out my domain name because no one speaks English!
I'm thinking of switching to HR and I think I need to upgrade to a dedicated plan but obviously don't want to pay a lot, and want to be sure support will be better here. I've heard a lot of good things about HR but got a little scared when I read some posts here about downtime and loss of data. Please share your experiences and advise, thanks!

I've been an HR customer for over 2 years now and had several accounts with them. Their support has been superb. Fast, friendly, and knowledgable. I've had very little downtime and at those times support was always already working on it.
Keep in mind their large customer base when you look at recent and past rants about service. If you keep that in perspective I believe you have a pretty good picture of the quality of their services. If it was indeed poor, I think these forums would be inundated with complaints, rather than a smatter here and there.

I am very new to the entire hosting scene and I can tell you that every time I have called it has been nothing but top notch. I could not be happier. I think in the last 2 years my site was down a few minutes. Each customer service rep has been extremely knowledgeable and sincere. :rolleyes: :D

very good company from the top down or should I say from the bottom up :) Wonderful tech team. Second to none.

I agree with the others. I have been with HostRocket for several years and haven't had any major problems at all. If something goes down they are much more helpful than other vendors I've dealt with.
