WHM Addon cPanel Themes RSS Blogs ?

Hello, want to run some RSS feeds on my page from my yahoo group and other groups. I have been looking at the WHM Addon cPanel Themes, mostly the blogs. I know nothing about blogs or RSS codes except you are suppose to be able to copy and paste them to run the group messages. Are there any that any of you would recommend to run RSS files?
