I sent in a support request last night, and the response said to access the control panel of the phone adapter to change the time zone. I sent in another support request this morning asking for the administrator login information to change the time zone, as it does not appear to be in the standard user options, but I have still not received a response. I am trying to change the time zone so my caller id times will be correct.
Could a support representative please provide me the information I need to access the administrator's control panel and change the time zone? Thanks!
