I have been shopping around and trying out different low-cost VOIP solutions for at least 6 months. I have looked at literally hundreds of providers sites, signed up with 4 different companies and several peering services, so I would say I've been around the block as a VOIP consumer.
All that said, I found your website to be probably the best designed and informative VOIP service provider website out there. The information provided is complete and useful. The questions I had were easily answered using the FAQ and product details pages. Really, I have to congradulate you on your top-rate web presence.
The only question that was unanswered and that I had for your sales people (I called in once just to make sure) was to verify that you do in fact offer BYOD service. It isn't mentioned anywhere except the signup page (that I could find). But I'm sure that will soon be added to your FAQ.
