Misc Issues

Hello, I signed up for the unlimited plan for 24mos. So far so good. However, I am noticing minor issues.

1. When dialing out, maybe 1 out of 5 times, I get a fast busy and I have to dial the number again, when I do re-dial, it will then sucessfully dial.

2. When dialing into companies phone system like "Dial 1 for X Dept, 2 for Support, 3 for the Operator" sometimes it does not catch my dialing and either doesn't register at all or seems to register an option I never picked at all.

Any one else experiencing these issues? I haven't changed phones but it was a phone working in my house without issues to date.

Although I haven't called very many people, I've never had a problem dialing out.

I also just tested the whole automated system and press one for, 2 for, etc.. And it worked just fine. I messed around with the system for a couple minutes, and never had a problem..

These are def. not normal issues. Make sure to send in a ticke to our support team to get them resolved for you asap.

Thanks, I'll make a ticket this Friday when I return from my trip. I bought a new phone too and it happened once with this one too. This time I was dialing but as I was dialing I was still hearing a dial-tone, like it wasn't picking up the touchtones at all. Maybe my router is flaky.

I just found out today that 7 digit dialing works!! :)

Here all this time I've been doing the 11 digit 1+ areacode + number. Now it is just the number! :)
