JUST ordered viatalk a few minutes ago. I have to say, I'm pretty hyped about switching over to VOIP. The only problem that I'd have is that you get billed $10 for a "credit card check" which doesnt get credit back to your credit card, but instead gets credited to your bill. Now, lets say that I decide to cancel my service, would I receive that $10 back?
And my main question. I want to switch my landline telephone number over to the new VOIP one. Is it possible to do so? I remember reading something about a $9.95 one-time fee, but I didn't see an option for it when I ordered. Thanks, looking forward to this.
