How do you guys/gals like the service?

I have to say that so far so good. I got the latest e-mail but I haven't seen anything on the site or portal about the limited plan going to 1500. Along with that it'd be nice to see all calls and a running total of billable (outbound) minutes. It's hard to track usage if you have to add up all of your own call times. Aside from this stuff I was unable to submit a ticket through the portal and you should let your users know (knowledge base, FAQ?) that if their change of PIN won't save, hit # twice after the new PIN (Iain told me this).
I'm a very picky customer but with that being said the quality has been outstanding and so has the service. I look forward to telling people about your service as time goes on.

The plan referenced in the e-mail that is going to soon feature increased minutes as you describe is actually our VTB_500 plan, not the VT_500 plan. The VT_B or VT_Business plans cater to businesses. The consumer VT_500 plan will remain the same.
I'm glad to hear that you are enjoying the service. Also I'll note your suggestions and maybe they can be considered for a future update.
