I just opened a new account. I recieved all my account info. I uploaded files via FTP to get a jump on the site while the Domain Name populates the Name Servers. I try view the site via the IP address but I get a Cpanel page that say's,

"There is no website configured at this address.

You are seeing this page because there is nothing configured for the site you have requested. If you think you are seeing this page in error, please contact the site administrator or datacenter responsible for this site."

Do I need to wait for the Domain Name to take effect before I can view my content? It has been 2 days now. Should I submit a trouble ticket?

I would submit a Trouble Ticket if you can't view your page through the IP address they given you. By now you should even be able to display it through your domain name.

All is good now. I had previously tried to connect with just ip. When I connected with eg. http://123.456.789.012~account then it worked. Besides, the Domain Name now works too.
