Spam email sent from my Account?

Hi,

Has anyone had any problems with email being sent from their account?

Today I received lots of mail failure notices with the following message (see below). I definately didn't send these so how have they used my email account?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Oftentimes that can be caused by a virus in someones else's computer which has your email address in their book.

Exactly the same thing has just started happening to me. Were you able to track down the actual cause of the problem?

I noticed that they were all coming in through my "catch all" account so I turned that off but am not sure if there is something else happening. Any thoughts?

I had 456 emails this morning when I checked my email.

I found a couple of articles about what can be done.

I doubt host rocket will do anything about it.
