Update for launch?

Does anyone have a update for the launch date?

As we stated in last week's VT_Unlimited mailing, we will be launching the service sometime this week. The launch will initially be for VT_Unlimited members and a public launch will follow shortly after.

So if one took the hints a certain way they'd think it would be launched on the 23rd. We all got 23 more invites and today there will be 23 winners in the prize drawing. This week happens to have a 23 in it, which is today. Without saying the day (which I noticed you won't say), what time of day do you see it being "pre-launched"? If it's early in the day then it won't be today I guess.
