Hey, I won an iPod and didn't get the e-mail to claim my prize...
I think it may have made it to my SPAM folder in AOL.
How do I claim my prize?
Oh sure, everyone rub it in that they won an ipod...
I would try e-mailing timothy at timothy@hostrocket.com and tell him, since he is the one who is in charge of it. Or you might be able to e-mail promotions@hostrocket.com. Maybe Timothy or someone else will posts here what they want you to do.

Will we find out each weeks' winners on the boards? Because I'm still not getting email from HR reliably. The lack of communication is kinda creepy and scattered. I feel like there should be a clearer explanation of what's going on, whether on the website or through email. (for example: What is our viatalk code for? The site tells us to check "vtunlimited" for an explanation, but... there is none) You should announce updates and winners on the website, at the very least.

There is not a lot of information on the site because the VT_Unlimited group is not public and is by invitation only. When I have some time, I can list the winners, but the e-mails will not be posted because they contain information which is private. If you had been receiving the e-mails, maybe it would make more sense.
As far as the coupons, we said that the value of each member's individual coupon could be checked upon service launch; we aren't simply directing users to vtunlimited.com.
As further information becomes available, we'll let everyone know. Hopefully this makes more sense. If you think you are a VT_Unlimited member and you're not receiving the mailing, PM me and I can check.

I think you should be glad that HR does this all! (or I'm not used to it since my last host was ran by students; I made their banners. And they got hacked)

On the contrary, the wordiness of the sparse emails and the cyclical references of the existing pre-launch webpages turn me off. Who cares about the prizes? I already have an ipod shuffle. ;-)
And I am by no means judging my host on the presentation of Viatalk. As far as I (the customer) am concerned, they are two different entities.
