Dedi server questions

ok i wanna ask some q's about host rockets dedi servers.

Sorry if not right section

Ok first off dedi servers do allow root access? (just making sure)
Is bandwith rollover is only for certain hosting packages or for all?
Also is whm included with the cpanel for the dedi or has to be ordered seprate?
How many ip's per dedi?
And what content is and isnt allowed? (couldnt find tos anywhere)-Link would be great.

Yes, you have rull root access to your dedicated server with us.

Rollover bandwidth does not apply to our dedicated servers.

If you choose to use cPanel, WHM is included with the package.

All of our servers come with one IP, however additional IP's can be ordered.
