New trouble ticket system problem?

I sent in a trouble ticket yesterday with what appeared to be the old ticket system and got a response from support. I've tried to reply twice now to support's response via the link sent in the email. The link takes me to what seems to again be the old trouble ticket system and after typing in my reply, I got an error message saying something like "try again later". Is the new trouble ticket offline? And why am I getting an error when trying to reply?

Fortunately my problem was no biggie so I'm not going to take any more time trying to respond. But I do want to know what the deal is with the troubled trouble ticket system.

new tick sys works for me, but I've noticed that on the confirmation screen that pops up after the form is submitted, theres a section where the ticket number SHOULD be, but its always blank. odd.
