Get rid of VDI

This is not a suggestion for a new service, but if it's followed, it will provide a service to all customers. The VDI servers have proven to be problematic from my own experience and also the volume of complaints on these boards from customers. I personally think the Alabanza servers were more reliable!!

I don't know, I have one of my sites on the old system and it's down right now. I also saw complaint on hostsearch.com forums about Alabanza problems. Looks like they have started going downhill here recently.
