Well i never even worked with Perl or CGI but i am looking for someone that knows how to make a Perl or some kind of a Chatroom i dont like the free ones that are already build because it never has what you really want.. i want a chat room that i can have

and where the admin can have there own little chat room where they use to ban people if that is possible...
