Access Invoices Via Control Panel

On the old server we were able to access monthly invoices through the control panel. This service should be re-instated. When you get a lot of mail, it's difficult to always stay on top of the 30-Day billing notices.

Also, could we please have the control panel reflect site stats correctly? The mailing lists do not show up.
