I want to test & run my PHP scripts on Windows. I don't want to upload them to a server, if possible. Is there any way to do this? Do I download PHP & Apache? I'm just not sure.
All help is needed.

Yes you can do this locally, just Download Apache install it then install PHP and do what is required you may want to search google for a tutorial if you have some trouble. I also suggest installing MySQL.

better yet... wipe out that Windows garbage on your computer, and install a fresh copy of Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS 4.0
I'll even give you a copy.. its open source free software!
