Subdomain folder questions

I made my subdomain. Now do I make an index.html inside that sub-domain directory? I didn't know if that would interfere with my regualar index.html file I have for my regualar domain name.

Yes, your index.html file for the subdomain should be put into the subdomain folder. It will not interfere with the loading of your main domain index file.
