The new and final ticket system is live and in place. Here is how it works.

To submit a ticket:

Send in the ticket through either the form on your control panel, or through the form on our support page.

To check your ticket:

Ticket responses will be emailed to you as soon as they are answered. They will also be available online. Goto http://www.rocketsupport.com and use your accounts login/pass that you signed up with, and you will be able to review your current and past tickets.

To respond to your ticket:

Goto http://www.rocketsupport.com and log in using your accounts login/password.

We have enabled this web based viewing and modifying of all tickets from now on, to ensure that communication between you and our staff flows freely at all times.

Thank you for your support during this upgrade.

I like this new one, as I can see my closed tickets. Good Job Brendan, John, and Van Tate Jr.. (Peter tooo)

Having a web interface is great (for those times when you're reporting a problem with your email ;))

When I signed up with hostrocket I screwed up the password (didn't see the 8 char restriction and it truncated it without telling me so I couldn't log on) I never received any response to my trouble tickets because my mail was (unbeknownst to me) going to my new hostrocket account since the hostrocket nameservers were resolving the email to my new address even though I'd not updated the authoratative nameserver yet - doh!

Having a web interface would help in this situation.
