The new and final ticket system is live and in place. Here is how it works.
To submit a ticket:
Send in the ticket through either the form on your control panel, or through the form on our support page.
To check your ticket:
Ticket responses will be emailed to you as soon as they are answered. They will also be available online. Goto http://www.rocketsupport.com and use your accounts login/pass that you signed up with, and you will be able to review your current and past tickets.
To respond to your ticket:
Goto http://www.rocketsupport.com and log in using your accounts login/password.
We have enabled this web based viewing and modifying of all tickets from now on, to ensure that communication between you and our staff flows freely at all times.
