Hi,

A few days ago I sent a mail to Hostrocket sales from the support page. I got a response telling me I couldn't use that e-mail address, I should use the form instead.

Now I go back to the support page and the form is no longer there! All the links seem to be for existing users only. How does somebody who is thinking of joining up get in touch with Hostrocket to ask a few questions?

Thanks,

Hoppy

The way I usually connect with them is on AIM. They are on as rocketsupport.

Excuse my ignorance Debby but I don't know what you're talking about...What is AIM?

AIM = AOL Instant Messanger
As you can probably guess it's an instant messaging system from AOL

This is usually used for urgent problems but there should be e-mail options available, I haven't tried them for a while so I don't know what the present situation is

You can also send in a trouble ticket to us.

Sending in trouble tickets unfortunately has no effect. I have sent in 5 trouble tickets in the past 5 days and haven't had a single reply.

They are quick to bill, however.

Make sure you are checking your ticket responses through rocketsupport.com as well as you have been getting responses. If you dont have your login info for rocketsupport.com Private Message me and I'll get the info to you.

I also found you guys on ICQ. Do you provide some kind of support through ICQ? Or am I just dreaming. :)

What exactly did you want to ask them? Maybe your question(s) is answered in the Knowledgebase (http://knowledgebase.hostrocket.com/).
