View Full Version : Checking how much disk space I've used?

Hello,

I have not yet signed up for an account on HostRocket, but I am seriously considering doing so.

Before I sign up, I would like to know if it's possible for customers to easily check how much of their allocated disk space that they have used up on their account? For example, is there an automated function somewhere on the Control Panel that allows this?

And, along the same lines, is there a way for me to check how much bandwidth I've used for the current month?

This is a serious downfall of my current Webhost - there is no automated way for me to obtain this information, and even after e-mailing the Support department asking for these statistics, they have not responded.

Thanks,

Their is a feature in the control panel that tells you how much disk space you are using, how much is left and how much bandwich you are using, e-mail, etc.

If you go to this link http://www.hostrocket.com/v2/body_control_panel.html you will get to a demo of the Control Panel. Try it out. You should find it answers the questions you raised.
