try going to (ive tried this in IE before) like File, retreive deleted emails, or something like that. dunno if it helps, but it might work.

the best way, ive found, is to not delete all of your emails.

Well there really aren't anyother answers to give. Once something is deleted it is deleted. The CIA or FBI might be able to help you retrieve the data, but I don't think you can hook that up.

just ask the NSA, all your emails are run through echelon anyway... :)
