Finding out which host machine...

I know I probably missed this answer somewhere really obvious, but how can one tell which machine on which their account is being hosted?

in the shell, type: uname -a

When you log into your account through telnet, you end up in the "shell". This is the place where you can type commands like "ls", "cp", "mv", etc.

In other words, this is the place where you have to do it all by hand ;)

I always use Dreamweaver's FTP, but I just downloaded Putty. Now I can see that I am on #4. Lucky Me =P
