scrolling in a frame

I have a DIV in a frame. The DIV has absolute positioning. The DIV is normaly hidden. A button sets the DIV to visible but I cannot figure out how to set the vertical position of he DIV to where I want it.

The frame has alot of content and has scroll bars. The parent window does not scroll.
