i finly got a web page and i would like to see how meny people viset it (if any :/) i find all are hosted coded hit counters or user made counters that count every timr i refresh the page does any 1 know wear i can make a IP or a cookey counter to prevent a hit every time i view my own page

ty for the replay this should get me started and figure it out (also i did not expect to get an anser so soon :D ) thank you for the info. if any 1 else knows a better way of doing this plz share :P im trying th stay away from hit counters that require a nother host for it to run.
