Ticket Server Hardware Failure

The server the ticket system that we are replacing tomorrow is having some hardware problems (specifically the network interface). It is being worked on and will be back up and fully operational (until it gets replaced later today) as soon as possible. The thread about the new ticket system we're going to be using is here:

This machine is going to be swapped out with one of our backup machines.
