looking for DOS

I know that nobody here is going to understand my request, but i'll ask anyway:

I'm running a win XP machine, and I am looking to get all the old programs from MS-DOS 6.x. does anybody know of a way to bring life back to my DOS?

If you're trying to get a command prompt ("DOS Window") do:
Start->Run
and type 'cmd' (without the quotes).

haha, i know how to get that far.

m,y big problem is that microsoft has curtailed alot of dos functionality because winNT isnt based on dos.

my big beef is that alot of tools and utilities are missing the the lousy cmd prompt they give us now.

but, i found a download package of old dos 6.22 utils on microsofts webpage, and installed it. so now i'm back in business.
