Pine access through telnet session?

I'm about to transfer my domain to Hostrocket, but I need to know if I'll be able to access my mail via Pine at a terminal prompt. Anyone doing this now, or are you denied access? Thanks,

I know the old server had it... but it doesn't seem to be on the new server.

I also wasn't able to set up pine. I was, however, able to set up elm. Elm isn't nearly as easy to use as pine is, though.
