Sub Domain Cost

Does a sub domain cost extra to have on my site?
I can't seem to find cost info...

Executive: 15 free
Corporate: 20 free

After that I think they it is $60 per year for a bundle of 10 more.

Is it possible to restrict access to each subdomain in the same way I can with a subweb in FP?

do you mean making it so that you must have a password to enter?
If so, then yes. You can just in the control panel to Directory Protection, and protect the folder that the subdomain points to.
