If you like challenges you should check out:

Companies via the site pay to have challenges solved (called Tasks) or for answering tough Questions. The site also allows for the collaborative funding of Feature Requests of Open Source software.
Additionally when Individuals or Companies register (its free) they can select multiple Open Source technologies they support and be listed in an index for each.
