For the past 6 years, I have NEVER had this much trouble with HTML. All of a sudden, when I tell a frame not to scroll, it scrolls....
I use a lot of frames when designing my webpages. I slice the images and make frames to exactly fit the size of the image. The frame will scroll if I have it set to 'auto', but I have it set to no... and it still scrolls!
I also tested this by using the blank black frame to the right of the image. I could have inserted text to take up space, but I just entered
a lot of times. This frame is also set to scrolling="no".
If someone can see what I'm doing wrong, that would be great! I have copied previous frame cods that have worked (and not scrolled when they weren't supposed to), but nothing is working....
