creating an html flyer need help please

I created a flyer in Photoshop but need to conert to html.
Do i have to use the splice tool or is there another way.
Please help.

Since it's a photoshop thing, you could always save it in PNG/JPG/GIF format, and use the myfile.png tag as the main body of your web page...

I don't understand what you mean by flyer.

Do you mean Image Mapping?
