I think some sort of notification or warning of getting close to exceeding bandwidth or maybe an option to automatically get charge for extra bandwidth useage. Right now my site is disabled cause I exceeded the bandwidth and I have to wait around for a trouble ticket to get answered, which is no fun at all..

Also maybe a billing page to purchase extra services like extra bandwidth, diskspace, databases etc..

Lastly, an 800 number would be nice.

I think that a bandwith monitor which would email when a certain limit was reached, but there was still time before the actual limit was hit would be a great addition!
