I'v been trying to learn this stuff on O'Caml but its too hard! I don't get it.
I know some C++ and Java and have been working on those. For fun I thought I would learn O'Caml but I am too stupid i think :( . Anyone know `a good way to learn? I already looked at the Tutorials and Resources

I've never tried O'Caml, so this isn't to be taken as an anti O'Caml remark.
Try learning Haskell, maybe you will have better luck.

Don't worry, CrazyMeat, if youre smart enough to deal with C++, then you're smart enough to deal with O'caml.
However, apart from the usual sources given in the Tutorials and Resources, there's not much more I know of.
Just try small examples as exercises, or trying to translate small C++ algorithms in O'caml, gradually using the O'caml concepts, and you'll end up grasping the core language. It's really not that hard once you've got it, but I'd say, based on my own experience, it takes a full month of work for a complete beginner.
You can always ask questions on the Ocaml beginners forum :

To add to my previous post, of course, like with every powerful languages, really mastering the O'caml language needs quite a lot of practice.
