script conflicts

I have a DHTML drop menu script at the top of all pages on my site. I wanted to add a DHTML News Ticker to some of the pages but when I do the drop menus dont - 'err' drop...! Both scripts work fine when on the pages by themselves...

Both scripts are prebuilt:
- Drop menus are from www.opencube.com
- News Ticker from www.scriptocean.com

I have a feeling this is due to an onload conflict of some kind. Anyone have a clue as to what 'could' be the cause?

the source would be better...the code on all files if there is more then one file that is.
