Hi:

A few days ago.....i posted a thread on a latin american programming forum......i suggested a competition, like in this forum.....so i wanted to start with something easy and quick.....so i ask for a "Decimal to Binary" in all languages avaliable.......and guess what.......the only one how shows besides of me.....was a guy, that after criticize my thread, posted the solution in pseudo-code ¿? ya know....when you actually explain the steps you need to follow to make the solution.....i mean come'on.......¿a pseudo-code?.......but not the bad part.......the bad part, is that pseudo-code.....is wrong......and that guy, thinks he's giving me a lesson with that piss of sh$t. Anyway......i think that most of the latin american programmers, are actually jealous pseudo-programmers, willing to steal others code and just mess up in the forums........that's why i like this forum.....people here is cool and descent......and no matter if the competition can be accomplished by a 5 years old kid.......you guys just want to program....and that's the best! For a real programmer......every problem, no matter how easy it is.......is just a halfway to perfection.

Sorry my english........i'm latin american :D......but a real programmer at heart! :plot:

Of course not....i'm not that jerk
I just saying that most of them are crap :plot:
I'm myself an latin american programmer, and i believe myself a true programmer, coz i love programming contests, i love programming in any language (Except for Java and JSP....i hate those  ) and i always help beginners.

i know a lot great programmers, but no one can denies that there are also psudo programmers......jealous and losers, that make this life.....a little more hard to live.

Sorry if i offend any true programmer! :(

Umm what does race have to do with programming skills? You basically just said that all latin americans except yourself are incompetent losers. Maybe the guy that replied doesn't speak english very well, and he thought you needed help making a decimal to binary converter.

Please read this.....i'm saying that most of them...not all.
And it was an Spanish forum....and i speak spanish....so i made no mistake in making the thread....it was clear that was making a competition.....not asking for help.

The point is....that far for recieving some entries...i just recieved attacks....syaing that it was a competition for fools.....and it was too easy to do it......Ok, maybe its easy, but it was a competition....just to have some fun.......

I now my english sux......but i think it's clear that i think that programmers must have a feeling for programming.....program anything....not matter if it's easy or not.....if you love programming you make it.....that's it.

I don't want to start some kind of comtroversy.....i just wanted to make a point......THAT PROGRAMMERS SHOULD SUPPORT EACH OTHER!!! And that's something that you can almost never get in an latinamerican forum......or maybe in an english forum.....but the fact, it's that in english speaking forums.....there is people from all places in the world....and they're are better programmers, coz they're always willing to help......I don't believe myself the best programmer.....but i tried to be at least a good one......:D

Maybe you should address this annoying whine to the programmer that bothered you.
